Product Availability

We do our very best to ensure product availability for all our customers. In the event an order is placed for a product that is not available, you will be notified by customer service and issued a refund or store credit to purchase alternative products.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all USA domestic orders over $35. International orders are excluded from free shipping and are subject to international rates and duties. Expedited shipping is available on all orders, rates will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. All packages will be shipped using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
